The tracking (track & trace) has been functioning the entire time, but since the package remained in the depot after its arrival in Spain, there were no updates, except that the package had arrived in the country. The next step was "on the way for delivery." Once processed, the package was delivered the next day. Your package was sent just before Christmas. In the Netherlands, we have two Christmas holidays, then a weekend, and quickly New Year's Eve arrived. This caused an additional delay, as during the holidays, Sundays, and New Year's Day, no mail is delivered or sorted. We responded to your email from December 29 immediately. Only on December 31 and January 1 did we not check our emails, as we were with our families. On January 2, we responded directly and asked the Spanish postal service when the delivery would take place. They indicated it would be on the first working day, and that is indeed what happened. We are very glad that you liked the earrings. Normally, delivery to Spain takes about five working days. Due to the accumulation of holidays and weekends, this time it took a bit longer than usual.
