    Overall, it went fine. It's just a pity that the LEDs ordered as 'warm white' (and delivered according to the packing slip) are quite white. This is in comparison to the warm white LED strips previously purchased from DTS. However, it was resolved perfectly. After sending photos that showed the color difference with the previously ordered LED strips, I received a new strip of the same brand and type as the old one, and thus the same color. The aftercare and warranty definitely deserve 5 stars!!
