I ordered 2 identical lamps, but only 1 arrived. I received the other one later after I emailed about it.

Product conforms to the order. Good protective packaging. The delivery was fast; however, we did not receive the notification informing us of the departure of the merchandise. I will recommend this site.

There was apparently something wrong with the lamp I received. After connecting it, it burned for 2 seconds, then the fuse blew. After that, the lamp wouldn't turn on anymore. I reported it to Planetled. I received a new lamp at no additional cost, which fortunately works perfectly. You rarely encounter such service.

Hi, We just replaced our 60 old fluorescent lamps with the delivered LED lamps. What a difference in brightness. Thank you for suggesting these lamps. The lamps were very carefully packaged.
