Easy to order online and a fast delivery (within a week). I still need to hang the lamp, but that doesn't seem too difficult. In short; I am satisfied and will definitely consider ordering something again. Tip: It would be helpful to mention the opening hours of the store in Ypres on the website (or maybe I just didn't look closely enough).

Ordered and paid on 21/02/2017, received on 07/03/2017. It took a while, but I have no complaints otherwise! They couldn't deliver to the pickup point I chose, after which they emailed me to ask if it could be sent to another pickup point. This eventually went smoothly.
