Expensive. Delivery time was very long (almost 6 weeks), communication was sometimes insufficient.

The mirror is beautiful! Exactly as I had envisioned it. The contact with the webshop was very good; I was often kept informed about the status of my order, and the delivery was done in very sturdy packaging, which eliminated my fear of it arriving damaged when I saw my huge box being delivered.

Fast delivery of a custom mirror cabinet. Upon arrival, there was a small damage. It was resolved immediately without any fuss. Great service.

The mirror is great, delivery on time. It was a large mirror (125 cm by 235 cm), which was very well packed in a wooden crate. Disadvantage: the mirror weighs 30 kg, and with the packaging, it came to 103 kg. Delivered and installed by an external company. That went a bit differently than expected; I had contact with Spiegelpracht about this and received an explanation and apology. Additionally, it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. A respectable company.

Excellent. We ordered 20 rolls and received 200, so we called. Returned 180 and got our money back for everything except the 20 rolls. Great!
