There was an issue with the delivery on my first order, but they didn't make a fuss and immediately ordered a new mirror. This one was delivered on time and hung up as requested. They not only have a beautiful website where you can easily search and order, but also great service. Keep it up!

Super beautiful, and very well packaged for shipping, with a clear description of how to hang the mirror. The only downside is that there wasn't an option to choose between 4500K and 6000K for the lights; we would have preferred 5000K lamps. But now it definitely has more atmosphere!

What a service! I received a beautiful mirror for my birthday from my husband. Everything was perfectly arranged for the mirror to be delivered the day before my birthday. The next morning, I received the wonderful gift, but unfortunately, the mirror was broken. My husband was really upset and immediately called Spiegelpracht (sorry, I forgot the name of the nice young man). He was very sympathetic and jumped in his car to bring a new mirror, which was quite a distance away. We checked the new mirror at home to make sure it was completely okay.
