Delivery was slightly delayed, but they did everything possible to deliver and install the mirror at the agreed time. Prime company and super service and accessibility!!

A big hat tip to this company! We bought a makeup mirror as a surprise for our daughter, who was getting a makeover of her bedroom during her vacation last week. As promised, the mirror was delivered to us perfectly packaged last Friday. Unfortunately, after opening it, we found that the mirror was broken due to transport. Spiegelpracht was already closed... and we sent an email. Less than an hour later, we received a call from Eline, who felt terrible for us, and we were told that Serge would call us that same evening... and he did. He promised us that a new mirror would be delivered to us today, no matter what. This morning at 8 o'clock, a courier was at our door... a 2-hour drive with a new mirror. Everything was in perfect order. We have never experienced anything like this... what service. Our gratitude is immense... thank you, Serge and Eline, for your actions, for a beautiful mirror of top quality. We have decided to give Spiegelpracht a WARM SHOWER.... You have truly earned it.
