Very good service. Our mirror was securely packaged and delivered neatly to our home.

Upon delivery, there was no plan for drilling holes (it states in the manual that it is included). There were no plugs provided for mounting in drywall (gyproc), and there was no inquiry about the type of substrate. There is advertising on the mirror, which prevents it from being hung upside down, although there are indeed attachment points for that. The installation had to be done in two attempts due to the lack of plugs, but it was very professional.

The ordered mirrors are exactly what we had requested. We were kept well informed about the production and shipping process. The mirrors were delivered very well packaged, along with a clear assembly manual.

After receiving information over the phone, we ordered a large mirror from the webshop "Spiegelpracht." We were given an estimate of the expected delivery time in advance. We also received a message that the mirror was being put into production. The mirror was packaged in a wooden crate and was delivered faster than we expected. The package was insured against breakage during transport and was delivered on the previously announced date. We are very satisfied with the mirror. We truly recommend "Spiegelpracht."
