I received a broken mirror twice, unfortunately. But they remained helpful and looked for a solution. They sent me a larger one three times, and I didn't have to pay anything extra. This was very kind of them. I think it's great that they worked with me to find a solution. The two broken mirrors were not their fault but the fault of the Belgian delivery services.

Great. You receive very friendly advice over the phone. They really take the time for you. Delivery is as fast as possible. A new lamp for my mirror that doesn't work well is being sent. Perfect.

I unfortunately have to say that I have enormous heartache over my mirror measuring 150 by 120. It was delivered with a broken corner; while removing the protective cover from the corners, I discovered that a small 4 cm piece had broken off. I'm a perfectionist, and that keeps bothering me. After all, it wasn't that cheap; it's a beautiful mirror. I was told that I had already signed for it and cannot prove how it was delivered. It was a huge mirror, and I couldn't open and check it by myself. I am working with Spiegelpracht to find a solution; it's just a matter of 4 cm damage. Furthermore, Spiegelpracht is a fantastic site where you can go; the service is excellent, they help you well, respond quickly, and especially, they call you back. I still hope for a solution.
