The cabinet was eventually delivered and turned out to have no defects, except for the glass shards that were still between some shelves that were broken. These have been on backorder for over a month now. No idea why that has to take so long. When ordering the cabinet, we also ordered 8 shelves because it was not clear on the website that you do not need to order them per cabinet. After discussion, this was adjusted to 4 shelves. Additionally, you could not choose more knobs on the website, but if you select many options, you end up short on knobs. This was also adjusted to 2 extra knobs. In total, that’s a reduction of €82 in costs. It is now April 1, and I still have not received my refund. The email I sent remains unanswered. They are only reachable by phone late in the morning and keep saying they are still reviewing it. In summary: just give me back the money I am entitled to!
