Very good contact. After our order, they checked if everything was as we requested. They even suggested that we had ordered a few too many shelves, which resulted in a refund. We received regular updates, including about the deliveries since that is handled by an external company. Two items were missing from the delivery. I then sent an email, and within fifteen minutes, it was resolved with three very friendly emails. Impressive service. I couldn't say it better.
