Good service and beautiful product.

We received a mirror without a switch, and we are unable to order the switch separately or return the mirror. A more customer-friendly attitude would help you win more customers.

Yvonne from customer service is unprofessional and unfriendly. I presented a problem, and I simply wasn't helped. The issue was placed on the customer and not on them. In the end, it turned out they were wrong, but they took no action towards the customer... they only act in their own favor. While configuring, they show different prices, and when you want to check out, you have to pay an extra 167 euros. It turned out to be a bug in their system, which they will fix, but they take absolutely no action towards the customer. No apologies, no thank you... nothing!

Beautiful product, good finishing, and perfect way of packaging.

The order went smoothly, and the delivery conditions were clearly stated and followed. The final delivery was very early in the morning (7:30 AM), but that was due to the transport company and not Spiegelpracht. The mirror was delivered well-packaged (in a wooden casing) >>> Great.
