Good service, my package was lost by Post NL. After contacting them by phone, they immediately sent my package again, and I received it the next day.

I received the products only after two weeks. After sending an email (after one week), I was told that the products would be shipped that day, but I only received a message almost a week later that the product had been sent. Additionally, the price differs from the prices of the same seller on Bol.com. It's unclear why a higher price is charged on one platform.

Still no Niels received, it was normally expected today, ordered yesterday, and it's already been 2 weeks.

The shipping time took a very long time. It states that orders should be placed before 10:00 PM, which is very disappointing! Additionally, I could not reach you by phone. The products are great, but the delivery time is really too long.
