Waiting 18 days for the ordered propeller but nothing. No communication. Attempting to refund.

Hello, I believe feedback is important, so I decided to give you mine. Your site and the order of the propeller was very good-all was clear, search was easy, payment as well, however, the delivery made it all diminished. Firstly, the order took more than 9 days to be delivered in another EU country. Secondly, I have given you clear address with all atributes to it, which is visible in your confirmation of order email to me, however, somehow my address was mixed and totally different city (village actually) was listed, my phone was there, still the local DPD delivery did not called me and if I did not called them to let them know that my order is in a wrong address, they would have return it. I also had to pay additionally for sending the packege to my original address, but this not an issue here, the issue is that the delivery company you are using did not placesd correct address and did not inform me or you, that the parcel is not delivered correctly. Il prodotto corrisponde alla descrizione fatta sul sito, ottimo il rapporto qualita/ prezzo. un piccolo problema sulla spedizione ma brillantemente superato dallo staff sempre cortese. Sito da consigliare a chi vuole un prodotto nautico di buona qualità ad un prezzo eccezionale.
