I paid extra for express shipping expecting next-day delivery, but the package did not arrive on time. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced delays with express shipments from this company. Charging for a premium service without meeting the promised delivery timeframe is disappointing. Based on my experience, the service is unreliable, and this will be my last order.
