Quick and safe. Nice product to handle.

I took delivery of my high reach washing pole a week or so ago. I assembled it yesterday and experimented with it. It is heavy but does the job. I would respectfully suggest two things: Feeding the water tube through the retracted pole wasted a hour of my time following your instructions. I then dropped a string with a weight from the opening cut into the top section of pole at brush head and then tied string through a slit I made longitudinally on the end of the water pipe - pulling it through. This worked very effectively. The opening above has sharp edges - could do with a rubber grommet.

A quality product based on examination and assembly. Due to a hose ban I have not yet been able to use the product.

Very effective and service minded company. Telescopic pole great!

Excellent customer service, highly recommend! Good quality product also.

It's not suitable for washing windows... but what is it actually for?
