Ordering, promotional offers and dispatch/delivery all excellent. Product is very good, although managing the extension and retraction of the sections cumbersome with the 5.4m Aluminium pole. You have to do this horizontally, which makes the up-ending of the pole to the vertical, challenging. This is particularly so where you have to negotiate telegraph lines leading to the house. Setting up the pole and fittings was easy.
