Got the carbon fibre pole and although only used it a couple of times it seems great! Not used the water dispenser yet as still getting used to holding and using the pole. But it’s great as I say. And their customer service is lovely and helpful

The joints are flimsy. I tried it once and the angle joints with connections feel weak. I want to return. The pipes and locks are good

The window pole is good The only problem is the soap dispenser it dose not work The problem is the soap just runs straight through I used a half bottle of cleaning fluid The on of switch doesn’t work it’s a load of rubbish Just not good enough
