Great product, does exactly what it describes and is very well made. I bought the Aluminium 10.4mtr pole which is a little heavy when fully extended (solar panels) but once up and resting on panels is great. If you can stretch to either of the two types of carbon poles the initial weight saving could be helpful. However really pleased and does what it’s supposed to do.

I had to go out and buy additional fittings so it would work with my standard uk hose pipe system. Using the standard fitting it would leak and spray walker out of supplied fittings. The product would benefit from an isolation valve or shut off valve on or around the handle of the pole so water can be saved and it’s not spraying everywhere when moving around

Very good quality products. The carbon pole is lightweight and easy to work with. A little tricky at full extension but a good workout for arms and shoulders. The water softner tank works magic and leaves windows streak free. Soaps are very good too. Solar panels/windows/facia&soffets, even a conservatory cleaned in 2 houses so far and family queing up to have theirs done next so its a win win all around. Price is good considering all the bits u get. Soap dispenser a bit leaky but once cleaned out and re-tightened it worked ok. Very happy overall.

Finally a product that does what it says on the box

The mechanism works, but really for a long extension it probably shouldn't be available in aluminium because it's just too floppy when fully extended. The product arrived on time and wasn't difficult to put together or use. Operationally, the connection between the water line and the supply hose kept popping off, so that even with a two-man team (with one on the ground) it still made for slow going. Overall, a useful if imperfect product.
