Easy ordering process, quick dispatch, item as described, have not yet used it so cannot comment on ease of use , easily assembled, good quality.

Most of the equipment is good quality. Hose attachment with on/off valve not seat correctly in hose attachment so stops water from hose. Poor design. The soap dispensing unit is useless. It leaks due to poor designed threaded joints. Sadly i am not impressed with the after sales either. I reported the soap dispenser problem 2 weeks ago. Sent 4 emails and not a single reply. Tried to phone them and they just refer you by automated message back to the email address. Very poor service. Strongly suggest not to use this company.

The Shaft and the brush is ok, even though it´s bending a little bit too much BUT, the connection-piece with the Soap-dispenser that I bought extra, does not work at all. It´s leaking in several places and is not possible to tighten, it only spins when you try to. I even put in an extra gasket, but that didn't help. The connection comes loose and detaches over and over again during use
