The mechanism works, but really for a long extension it probably shouldn't be available in aluminium because it's just too floppy when fully extended. The product arrived on time and wasn't difficult to put together or use. Operationally, the connection between the water line and the supply hose kept popping off, so that even with a two-man team (with one on the ground) it still made for slow going. Overall, a useful if imperfect product.

It was a faultless experience from start to finish, everything was as explained in the information, packaging was sound , i went for the carbon 7 m extendible pole and the quality of the locking mechanism and weight of the extended pole is perfect for what i need, I also purchased some extra heads, multi sided brush and the mop and squeegee head, and one of each of the cleaning product bottles , yes it was more money than some id seen in the web, but as someone whos in the building trade, I believe buy quality, buy once, all in all a very customer,
