Bought speaker stands for my Samsung 950 Surround but the bolts for the speaker were the wrong thread size which was annoying otherwise prompt service.

I already left a message on Amazon's website, ca. I paid $ 151 for this item, $ 109 for support and $ 42 for transportation. I still have not received the item, but the FeDX who has the delivery mandate phoned me to tell me it would cost me 24.65 taxes and $ 11.50 customs clearance, so $ 36.15 more - I have to pay before getting support. We will see on delivery. This is unacceptable. Never experienced this before with Amazon.ca to pay a surplus because the item comes from another country. I had to tell the purchase that it would be $ 187.00 and not $ 151.00. Now I want to know if you will pay all the costs that it will cost me if I decide to return the support after delivery.
