Very satisfied with delivery and response time. Only disappointment being that I was not sent a confirmation of placing my order. Only confirmation when the order had been dispatched a few days later. Have not opened parcel as the item was a gift for a third party, but it looked very well packed.

I appreciate that I am in a different country but I confirmed via the instant chat facility that delivery to the UK would be within 3 days. It did not happen and each time I tried to track my order there was no change in the status. I contacted them again via the chat facility and was told that the order was still in the warehouse as they had to wait for another component. That is fine, but I would have appreciated being informed there is a delay. Almost a week later and still no news about timescale.
The stand was of the quality i expected and also the delivery was very fast.
