    I placed an order for a pair of Vebos floor stand Samsung HW-Q90R black set on 17th January for delivery to UK. Having had to chase the order twice, I have received the same strange reply saying my order is still in the warehouse, that the company does not know why, had asked if I would like the speaker stands to be shipped (I usually expect my purchases to be delivered) or if I would like a refund. As it has now been almost three weeks since my purchase with no comminication from Vebos unless I have emailed first, I have requested a refund. Let us see if my money is returned. Terrible service.
