    I ordered two items. Only one delivered. When I enquired about the other one via email. I was given the tracking information about the previous item which was already delivered. I specifically gave the order number still was given the tracking information of the previous item. It happened twice. Bad customer service.

    Solid 5/5 Nice and heavy. Great finish. Previously had speakers on piled books. Real improvement in sound quality using the stands. Slight niggles. No instructions provided, had to search for PDF on the website. Bit wobbly. Possibly slightly uneven floor. Will try a couple of ceramic tiles to stand them on. Two small screws left over?! 😄

    The speaker stand is nicely finished, what is especially good is the speaker fixings can be changed for other speakers if you want to upgrade your speakers at a later date. However it would have been nice to have interchangeable feet for differing floors such as hard floors/ carpets.
