I received a pair of red PU ankle high boots, and the heel angles are not 90 degrees to the floor (they are point a bit backwards), and the left boots’ heel is also leaning inwards so by walking it feel awkward. I have earlier ordered the same types of boots - in pumps, ankle, knee and thigh high, and have placed disputes for the same reason. I mean when you still are able to send away a pair of boots that’s not have been gone through a proper QA I’m getting disappointed, and I’ve earlier been declined a refund/replacement. This time for me to send back the boots I do have to pay a lot for shipping, and have to pay import tax once more - thus I didn’t want to place a dispute for another replacement. I was expecting better.
