The left boot's heel is not aligned 90 degrees to the sole, which gives the foot less support and it doesn't look nice. The inside measurement of the top circumference was not as expected (8 cm less than described), which makes it too narrow and to tight to wear. Seller came back to me once several days later, telling me that he would ask the factory for a discount. One week later nothing heard. I just want a new pair of boots, in perfect condition.
