I was a returning customer. However, my latest purchase of custom-made boots did not end well. Leather quality of boots was visibly worse than when compared to boots I purchased previously. When confronted the support with this fact I was told that leather is “natural material” and all is as it should be. In my opinion it is not - leather is of different grain, with blemishes and simply looks different and worse. I have offered seller two options how to resolve the situation to my satisfaction, one taking into consideration that made-to-measure items cannot be returned. After an email exchange I was offered a partial refund (not to my full satisfaction).
