    Long Waited Well, where should I start? I waited for about 2 months for the goods and finally received them. Who was to blame... the shipper DPD, the package was returned to UNBOUND TWICE. DPD (the driver) was unable to deliver the package to me or a PICKUP SHOP, as I said, twice... The support from UNBOUND, especially Cas Bluyssen, was very helpful and always made an effort to get the package to me. Thank you very much. That's why I give 5 stars to Unbound and the support.     Good things first, you generally get what you pay for, and prices are acceptable. However, when you get what you pay for is up for debate. Be prepared to wait MONTHS for even just trackers and straps, as the "in Stock" status on the website is more of a coin toss if anybody has updated that recently. Every order so far has been a mess of conflicting pre-written answers from support and long waiting times. For the whole Quest Pro Bundle, I wish I could give a negative amount of stars at this point. All in all, spend the few euros and days of waiting time and import stuff yourself.

    I had long time problem but resolved so I satisfied. My order is arrived today and my warranty is progressing. But I waiting for a very long. So thank you to help me and I will give you another chance in the future, knowing that you have resolved it now and that the first purchase went smoothly.

    I only received a 12-month warranty on my VR headset. This goes against all European and Dutch consumer legislation, and Unbound XR is the only Dutch consumer VR store that does this. Very serious, so unfortunately, I give 1 star. Edit: You respond by saying, "However, I can only refer you to our page about warranties." That's nonsense, of course. "I can only refer you??" You can simply adjust the warranty to 2 years, as consumer law prescribes and is reasonable. A 1-year warranty for a VR headset costing over 2000 euros is unacceptable and NOT in accordance with the law.

    Unbelievable, oversell the Quest Pro & EOZ bundle, what a giant mess this was. You guys said you would be able to fulfil all the orders, even stating that it was EOZ at fault and then still couldn't deliver on your promises to deliver the Quest Pro in the end. Almost 2 full months without a single update on the delivery, to then be force refunded out of nowhere and told "Sorry, there's nothing else we can do" and then when asked if you could offer me a Vive XRE or Focus Vision, you have the audacity to offer it USED, open box state, for €825, and €1095 respectively? Not to mention that because of currency exchange I've already lost out on €20, and that since you guys had said in emails that you were waiting for QPro stock, regarding my order, I had went ahead and ordered accessories, taking an even bigger hit... I've used you guys before and it's went alright, not this time around though. Last time I ever use UnboundXR, and I hope any one who reads this will think twice before picking this mess of a company, honestly you'd be better of paying a premium any where else than supporting this joke of a company.
