    I ordered the HP Reverb G2, and shortly after its official release, it was sent to me. It's a beautiful headset that I was very happy with. Due to circumstances, I couldn't use the set for a while, and when I started using it again, I noticed light yellow spots in the image. I had no idea what this was and reached out to Unbound VR. It turned out to be caused by direct sunlight hitting the lens, which acts like a magnifying glass, projecting onto the display and damaging it. Nowadays, there are very clear warnings on the webshop. When I bought the set, there wasn't any; there was something on a central page, but not in the product information itself or in the HP box (which you would expect). This is considered user error; nevertheless, Kelvin from Unbound VR did his utmost to arrange a goodwill solution, and through HP's headquarters and escalation to HP Netherlands, it worked out, and I will receive a new headset. In fact, I'm lucky because version 2 of this headset is being sent, which is an upgrade as well!! All of this is thanks to the determination and perseverance of Unbound VR, especially Kelvin. I would like to express my gratitude, and for me, Unbound VR is 'the place to go' for all my future VR purchases. Top-notch customer service.

    Initially, I received the wrong version of the HP Reverb G2. However, it seems that this was because HP uses the same product ID for both the old and the new versions. I contacted UnboundVR immediately after receiving it, and they only respond via email. But I received a very quick reply, and a solution was offered right away.
