I emailed customer service with some questions about my VR headset, and they were answered clearly and politely. All in all, it's a great place to place your order.

Good price for VR accessories from USA. You dont need to pay double price to get it to Europe from USA. While I was waiting for my item, UnboundVR staff ,Diedrik in particular, was in touch with me , answering all my questions until I recieved all info and equipment. Thank You

Super communication and honest about the slightly longer wait time for the X40. When I requested the included game, the code was provided immediately. Now that I've played Half Life Alyx with the bHaptics X40, I can say that it is truly a game-changer for people who play a lot of VR. If it continues to perform this well and there is indeed more support for newer games, I might also consider purchasing the other bHaptics wearables.
