    I‘ve been Waiting for my Quest Pro Bundle already for over a month by now and other than the initial order confirmation and an update that they have to wait for new stock, i‘ve not gotten any updates so far. i don’t have a order status on the website nor do they send an email when the expected delivery would arrive. i had to reach out to the customer service 3 times now and each time they gave me a different estimated date with the reason that they had to get more stock. i expect a lot better transparency and communication from this. my order still hasn’t arrived and i still haven’t gotten any updates on it. the week (the customer support mentioned in an email) that the new stock would arrive in is over now therefore i‘m writing this review. i‘m very unhappy.

    The customer service is extremely poor. You place an order and accidentally enter your email incorrectly—just one letter wrong. You immediately call customer service, and they say they will adjust it. A few days later, you call again to rectify the issue, and it goes completely wrong. They say they will contact you via email. Well, you think that will be quick, but of course not, because it takes them 2-3 business days to send an email. All I actually need is the Track and Trace code so I can track my order, but they do not respond to this. Even after multiple phone calls, they are very unfriendly to customers.
