Very easy to order. There was an issue with their Chosen courier whereby my order was very much delayed after being sent to the wrong parcel sorting office. Customer service was excellent and put my mind at ease wondering if my order would ever turn up. I would highly recommend UnboundVR and would happily order here again (but I would insist they use a different courier...DPD not good zero stars)
I wanted to cancel an order I made and later noticed didn't actually need. Their response to the Email was very fast and the order was quickly refunded. Great customer service.
