Ordering through the website was quick and straightforward. I received an update very quickly on when I could expect the package. Unfortunately, upon receipt, the product was not complete. I contacted support via email, and the next day I had a new one sent out to me, and I didn't even have to return the incomplete item!

For Christmas, I accidentally received the wrong product, even though the correct one was listed on the packing slip. A day after I emailed them about it, I received the correct product and got a return label via email. I then sent the wrong product back at no cost. When you buy a product and change your mind, it makes sense that you pay for the shipping. Only if the product is incorrect does it fall under warranty and cost the buyer nothing. However, a seller should not incur costs for your personal preferences – it’s better to visit a store to try out the product before purchasing it. @Tom, this is a review from a satisfied, real customer. I am sometimes skeptical about the authenticity of a large number of positive reviews, but given how pleased I am with this resolution, I believe this one.

Good service, they keep their promises. It's a pity that customer service doesn't have a phone number, but communicating via Messenger works just as well.

After sending an email about my broken VR straps, they helped me immediately and sent new ones back the same day. Good and fast service. Be clear, and they will help you much easier/faster.

I ordered something from Unbound VR for my VR headset (duh!). However, there was an issue with the delivery by PostNL. Unbound VR was very accommodating about the return, and the customer service was very friendly! I will be ordering more from them for my VR gear.
