When you buy a product and change your mind, it makes sense that you pay for the shipping. Only if the product is incorrect does it fall under warranty and cost the buyer nothing. However, a seller should not incur costs for your personal preferences – it’s better to visit a store to try out the product before purchasing it. @Tom, this is a review from a satisfied, real customer. I am sometimes skeptical about the authenticity of a large number of positive reviews, but given how pleased I am with this resolution, I believe this one.
