You are not taken seriously, and they do not refund your money. Please get your product from a professional company and not from Unbound XR. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the VR headset was not suitable for me due to my regular glasses for distance. However, the delivery was fast and the return process was easy.

Good fast service. Also with returns. It's a pity that the shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.
