After sending an email about my broken VR straps, they helped me immediately and sent new ones back the same day. Good and fast service. Be clear, and they will help you much easier/faster.

I ordered something from Unbound VR for my VR headset (duh!). However, there was an issue with the delivery by PostNL. Unbound VR was very accommodating about the return, and the customer service was very friendly! I will be ordering more from them for my VR gear.

Funny how there are so many extremely positive reviews. Now, here’s a real review from a real customer. Unfortunately, it’s negative. After a return that was incredibly complicated and made as difficult as possible, I managed to send a package back. With extra costs! They simply send your package back to your door. You are not taken seriously, and they do not refund your money. Please get your product from a professional company and not from Unbound XR. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the VR headset was not suitable for me due to my regular glasses for distance. However, the delivery was fast and the return process was easy.
