My recommendation is AVOID THIS COMPANY! When it comes to refunds/returns, the company is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I had to pay myself for return shipping label. They repeatedly told me they will cover the return and taxes, but once they received the VR headset, the customer service started ignoring me and wasting time. I received the refund for the VR headset, but still no sign of shipping and tax money for almost 2 MONTHS (The amount is 312€, which is alot). When i ordered from them, they didn't provide tracking number for my order. I received a wrong model of the VR headset and on top of all of that, it was DEFECTED...

I am going to update this review once I receive my package. -- Update: 2022.12.22 Received an email from support, they had received the last missing item and was told that they had shipped my replacements! I was also provided a tracking link. -- Update: 2022.12.16 -- Got an email from support, was told there were supply issues and that they expect a new shipment in the next week or so. -- Update: 2022.11.18 -- They received the package and confirmed my claims of broken tracker(won't work without external power) and faulty dongle. I was told that the dongle and tracker are to be replaced. However I was also told that the trackers aren't in stock at the moment. And that they will notify me when that changes. Sent them a email thanking them for handling my RMA request and asking for an approximate date on when to expect my replacement. -- Update: 2022.11.7 -- I shipped the bundle to them. -- Update: 2022.11.3 -- Unbound contacted me a few hours after I uploaded my review. I told them about the issues and they told me to send the Tundra X3 bundle to them for testing. -- Original: 2022.11.3 -- I pre-ordered Tundra Trackers back in March of 2022. One tracker doesn't work unless powered externally and all of them drift due to a faulty receiver. Rendering them basically useless. I contacted Unbound about the problems the next day after I received the package, no response for months. So I contacted Tundra Labs and was told to request a RMA from Unbound. Sent two more emails, nothing. Called them 2x and was told my case will be forwarded to a co-worker. A week or two later, nothing.
