Dear people, pay close attention to the return conditions of this company. If the packaging is opened and the product has been used (even if it was just for testing), the company is not obligated to accept the return. In my case, I purchased a product that did not meet my expectations, but unfortunately, I could not return it (which is normally possible with other web shops) because the packaging was opened and I had used the product. The company was willing to make an exception, but I had to take photos of the product and the packaging. After emailing the photos, I did not receive any concrete response and ended up with a useless product.

In an order that was supposed to be delivered the same day, a wrong case was selected. Within 5 minutes, I received a call to confirm if that was correct. It was immediately exchanged, and I received the correct items the same day. Great distinctive service.

Everything was perfect, but I'm tired of the fuss about reviews; I don't want to see it. I assume no news is good news; if there's something, you'll hear about it.
