After previous contact - because RBPi deliveries were problematic anyway - the RBPi was supposed to be available at the end of February or the beginning of March. The actual delivery time was the 4th week of March, so I am not entirely satisfied.
Super fast delivery.
I had to wait a very long time for my order (1 month) because a certain part was on backorder. Communication with customer service was slow. Eventually, customer service offered to remove this product from the order. I was supposed to get my money back for this product. However, I ended up below the minimum order value without this product. So, I still had to pay the shipping costs for this order. I had specifically ordered extra products to qualify for free shipping. The shipment was received well and all products work fine, but I am very disappointed with how this was handled.
Product delivered on time without any issues.
