Ordered from Bambu Lab, not delivered the next day but only the day after, at a PostNL pickup point, which was not the agreement. (But that's of course PostNL's fault). After a few prints, it turned out the PEI sheet was damaged. I should have read the manual, which wasn't included, but I found it on Wiki later, so I had only cleaned the PEI sheet once with alcohol, which can cause damage. So no warranty. The order process went well, they are quickly reachable and friendly via chat, although you might be inclined to think they ask questions to avoid providing warranty.
