I ordered a product but did not receive a confirmation email. I followed up with an email and had good communication. I emailed a few more times since the product just wouldn't arrive. Aside from the slightly optimistic time estimates, I had no complaints up to that point. After waiting for 2 months, I sent a cancellation request. I received no response. After a few days, I sent another email. To my surprise, I then received a shipping confirmation. I immediately tried to call, but my call was not answered, so I sent another email. No response. I received the product and sent an email with a new subject (according to the return instructions). I quickly received a return label and sent the item back. It was processed quickly, and the money is now back in my account.

Fast delivery, neatly packaged.
