I am very happy with my Raspberry Pi 400! The webshop packaged it in a sturdy cardboard box, and I received it within 2 days. I also received an email with status updates on my order. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Fast and accurate delivery.

Ordered on Monday before half past ten in the morning but couldn't find the express shipping option anywhere. Delivery on Tuesday would have been fine too, but it was Wednesday; initially, it was supposed to be Wednesday evening, but there was still no delivery. Ultimately delivered on Thursday. I find that a bit late.

Delivery as ordered, neatly packaged. The specified delivery day turned out to be a bit optimistic; perhaps a more realistic estimate could be provided in the future. That said, the delivery was still on time. A bit pricey, but that's the case with all products at the moment.

Very flexible, a part went on backorder and I was able to adjust the order without any issues.

Great service. Rpi kit assembled. The delivered power supply was defective. A new one was quickly sent.
