The A1 combo 3D printer of my son, which we purchased through the official Bambu Lab site, had jammed. Since I wasn't keen on sending it somewhere, I called Elektronica voor Jou on a whim. What a friendly, helpful guy! We were allowed to come by, the problem was immediately resolved, and we received good explanations on how to fix the issue ourselves next time. A guy with a passion for his work and love for what he does. We will gladly return for future supplies for the 3D printer. Thank you so much for the great service!

According to the information, it was shipped very quickly as mailbox post. According to PostNL, it was delivered a day later in the mailbox. However, it was empty, which makes it unclear what you can do. This caused a lot of inconvenience. Fortunately, the package showed up a few days later in my mailbox...

Fast and very customer-oriented service, even late in the evening! I asked a question on Marktplaats and immediately received a response with tips. It was about a 3D print, something I have no knowledge of. The employee provided me with tips for websites where I could have a design made, and when I couldn't figure it out, he went ahead and created 2 designs for me himself. When I asked him to send a payment request for this, he declined, mentioning that he is professionalizing this part of the business and enjoys doing it. I was very surprised by the quick, professional, and especially customer-friendly approach!

Fast delivery, just shy of 5 stars because I had to ask for the invoice, but it was sent to me quite quickly upon request.

The fan did not work upon arrival. It's frustrating, and you have to deal with it. I will never buy here again.
