Cheap and correct

Friendly and one of the few who is willing to think along with you a bit. I had ordered 2 different cases for a Raspberry Pi, and they thought I had made a mistake. I hadn't, as I wanted to combine the two. After explaining over the phone, since I was called, they wanted to try right then and there on the phone to see if what I wanted was possible. Super nice. They think along and aren't afraid to make a call. The only downside was the longer delivery time, but that had nothing to do with them; it was with post.nl.

They think along with you. An item was out of stock (I hadn't paid close attention), which would cause a significant delay in the shipment. They offered me an alternative (a bit more expensive) that was in stock. I didn't have to pay the extra costs. I'm not entirely positive about the shipping time; this is not the webshop's fault; they shipped within a day. TNT was later than agreed. They had to notify me twice that there was a delay. It's understandable that there are delays. Receiving two notifications, given the circumstances, results in only 4 stars. I haven't yet used the customer service, aftercare, or warranty.
