A very bad experience with the aftersales and customer service. Areas for improvement: The company should present itself professionally towards customers. In this day and age, one expects a response to emails and/or voicemail messages from customer service within a few days. You also expect the company to be reachable by phone, but I was unable to do so even once despite six attempts.

Ordering and shipping were fine, but the aftersales service was not good. A problem with a casing was not addressed as agreed. While there was some helpful thinking, the company had little in stock, so a solid solution could not be provided immediately. Shortly after, I tried to contact the company to return products, something that was supposed to be free within the first 14 days. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything back. In the past 14 days, I have called at least 5 times but never managed to reach anyone. They also do not answer the voicemail. My emails requesting to initiate the return process have gone unanswered. The last contact was 9 days ago via chat, and that was also the last time. In the meantime, I have involved PayPal... I see that someone had a similar experience in August (suddenly no contact anymore)... If I had known that... UPDATE: After I reached out again via chat more than 3 days after this review, they sent me a return label and eventually refunded the money within 2 days. Although the issue was resolved, it did not happen automatically. They asked if I would update the review, which I agreed to, but they now lack the patience to wait for this. They can remain radio silent for 2 weeks, but they don't even give me a week to update and are sending multiple reminders. I intended to slightly improve my rating, but I no longer feel that way after this last action and response to this review.

Contact regarding the order was very quick and easy, but the aftercare for the order leaves much to be desired. Areas for improvement: I placed an order but it was not delivered in full. I reached out about this the same day, but unfortunately did not receive a response to multiple emails. It's a real shame, as I am otherwise very satisfied with the products delivered.

Great service and cooperation. Improvement points: Well, the site showed some strange web code in a few places.
