I ordered a product from this webshop for the first time. I ordered a Raspberry Pi 400. This was done through a backorder. Overall, I am satisfied with this. About 1.5 months later, the product was delivered. No complaints about that. However, it turns out that the micro SD card was not included. I contacted them via email. After almost 1.5 weeks, I still had not received a reply to my previous email. The customer service is very poor. No solution is possible with this webshop. I will not be ordering from them again next time.
