I knew the delivery time would be long (ultimately faster than expected). I found the communication to be quite poor... the next day it was stated on the website that everything was sold out again. As a result, new orders would take at least another month longer. Since I wasn't sure if I was still on time with my order, I sent a message via the contact form. However, I never received a response to that. A few days later, the information on the website was updated, which provided some clarity. It was disappointing that there was no response to my message and that there was no interim communication. When the order was shipped, a number of items were marked as "backordered," which made me think they still wouldn't arrive. In the end, everything was delivered neatly. Later, I wanted to order some other items, but after some searching, I quickly saw that prices were often much lower elsewhere and that the competition also had more in stock.
