About the product: The Tank broke after just two days. It has already torn above the 'charging hole' and later also broke... It's a shame because it is a nice case and durable. Furthermore, the charger does not fit through the 'charging hole'. That's also disappointing. The simple response of 'it should fit' feels a bit too easy to me. About the service: The response to my email was prompt. Woodiful offered another case - this time partially made of plastic. They are willing to refund the price difference between the two purchases. Overall, it's a pretty good solution. They send the message with a cheerful touch, which I really appreciate. All in all, optimistic and considerate. I just want a fully bamboo case. It's a shame that the case from Woodiful does not meet my expectations...

There was an immediate email stating that the payment had not been received, even though it takes a few days via bank transfer. Additionally, there were varying order numbers or invoice numbers, which confused me a bit. Ultimately, everything went smoothly, but the described effort I had to go through was somewhat annoying. Unfortunately, the case also broke very quickly, with a corner chipping off. Hence my rating.
