I received a quick and prompt response to the questions I had. Initially, I had some trouble ordering a sample package because I couldn't select or fill in products on the form. However, I was able to provide them via email. The package arrived a few days later in good condition.

Fantastic service! By mistake, 24cm plates were delivered instead of 22cm at the warehouse; I was immediately emailed to see if this was an issue, and everything was resolved right away. I am very satisfied, also with the quality and reasonable prices.

My order arrived right on time, completely in order, well packaged, and accompanied by a nice introductory package. The edible plates caused quite a bit of hilarity. Here and there, someone actually took a bite out of the plate. One of my guests suggested that it would make a great breakfast plate if you add some fruit and yogurt. Overall, it certainly means a lot less washing up without any guilt, as everything can go straight onto the compost heap. Only the cutlery is ready for the next garden party...
