The emails with information about my order were very nice, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected but that was more due to my own expectations. The products were as described and I am very satisfied with my order.

In general, it was a terrible experience. The GameBoy was in a terrible state and it didn’t work. Two of the games were the same. These items are not refurbished - they are extremely old and should not be for sale. After I spoke with Michel Douwma, he suggested that I must have dropped it, which I never did, and made the return procedure very difficult and stressful. Afterwards, you receive a return label that you have to print yourself, which I think is another no-go. In the end, I received an email stating that in their opinion, the GameBoy is fine and they will not refund the cost of the return postage. This was a present for my birthday, and I was extremely disappointed. I would not advise anyone to use these services.
