I called on Monday and was able to return it for free with apologies for the mistake. After a week, I finally received the game I had ordered, nicely packaged and delivered quickly again. Despite the delay, I think it's a really nice and affordable site, and the game was perfect. Nicely packaged and free sleeves for the games are great. Delivery was perfectly on schedule and the communication was well organized. They really make it a celebration. The game console was still a bit dusty and not completely clean, just as they received it; I found that quite charming: truly refurbished! Highly recommended!
